A key ingredient to interpersonal success is a competency our guest has coined as diversibility.
Our speaker, Lenora Billings-Harris, is diversity and multicultural consultant, author and international educator who specialize in helping organizations make their diversity a competitive advantage. She is the author of The Diversity Advantage: A Guide to Making Diversity Work, and has achieved the highest earned designation, the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP). Lenora is a past president of the 4000 member National Speakers Association.
A few of Lenora’s recent clients include Comcast, Krispy Kreme, Ritz Carlton Hotels, FedEx, TGI Friday’s, Cornell University, Novant Health, Toyota, West Point, the CIA, and numerous professional associations. Additionally Lenora serves on the adjunct faculty of the University of North Carolina-Greensboro, where she and her team are conducting diversity management research.
Although she currently lives in Greensboro, North Carolina she has presented to audiences five continents plus in the middle of the Atlantic and Pacific oceans.
