Dear Introducer: Thank you for accepting the responsibility of introducing me, and creating an enthusiastic beginning to this presentation. Our speaker, Lenora Billings-Harris, is an author, international speaker, and consultant who specializes in helping organizations make diversity and inclusion a competitive advantage. She is the author of The Diversity Advantage: A Guide to Making Diversity Work, and was named by Diversity Woman Magazine as one of the twenty top influential diversity leaders in the US. Lenora is also a past president of the 4000 member National Speakers Association.
A few of Lenora’s recent clients include Proctor & Gamble, Ritz Carlton Hotels, FedEx, TGI Friday’s, Harley-Davidson, Toyota, West Point, and the CIA, as well as and numerous professional associations. Additionally Lenora serves on the adjunct faculty of the University of North Carolina-Greensboro, where she and her award winning team are conducting research on the impact of diversity and inclusion on organizational performance.
Although she currently lives in Greensboro, North Carolina she has presented to audiences on five continents and says her most treasured opportunity to speak was at the University of Fort Hare—Nelson Mandela’s alma mater.
